<br /> more signatures, and with the u~derstanding that
<br /> the persons having the petition in chares would
<br /> throughly explain the difference, between the private
<br /> contract plan and the Vrooman Act proceedings,

<br /> On motion of Alderman, seconded by Greenleaf, the
<br /> specifications, plans and profiles as submitted by
<br /> the City gngineer for the paving of West Fifth St.,
<br /> from Baker St., to Artemis St.,were adopted.

<br /> Board of Trustee. of the City of ~anta An,, to pave

<br /> seconded by Greenleaf, pa.sed and adopted by the fol~w-

<br />City license, and the 0it7 Attorney is directed to pro-
<br />ceed to collect the same.
