Broadway. In rs Public Speaking. In re alleys 17th and 18th between Bush and Main Between Booth and Shelton. In re report of Sanitary Inspector Relative to milk. permission to put up 6s studding and wire lathing on the West wall of the Gilmaoher property. On motion of McFnee duly seconded and carried the request was granted. # Mt. Jacobs appeared before the Board and asked that the Board take the necessary steps to re- move and cause to be removed a ditch belong- ing to the S A V ! Oo.,lying on his property, and being on the West side of To. Broad~ay running from Santa 01ara Ave., to Mr Jacob's 8outh line. On motion duly seconded and carried, the ~ity Attorney is directed to take the necessary action. # · communication from the ~art 8hop on Sycamore S~reet,aeking that public speaking be abated at the corner of Fourth and Sycamore Streets in the ~ity of 5antaAna,wae on motion of G~ubb dt~ly seconded and carried ordered filed. # On motion duly seconded and ca, tied, the City Attorney is directed,with the Assitance of the 8treat ~uperintendent, to cause alley beeween l?th and leth streets between Main and Bush, and alley between Booth and Sheldon Streets,to be opened up forth with. The sanitary Inspector made report that some of the milk being furnished by dairymen to the trade in the City of 8anna Ana was in a very unsanitary condition. On motion duly seconded and carried, the City Health officer is directed to commence prosecution against any d~x2man selling unsanitary or impure milk in the City of Santa Ans.
