Huberman on ~orth Broad- way between West l§th Street and West S0th St. was order- ed Resolution NO. ~f~f~ a Resolution of Xntention of the Board of Trustees of the 0ity of Santa AhA, to pave the roadway of West Fifth St., from the gast line of Garnsey St., to the West line of Baker St.,in the City of Santa Aha,and determining that bonds shall be issued to repre- sent the cost thereof, as provided under the Bond Act Approved Feb. 2?, 18~3, was read and aCh motion referred to the 0ity Attorney. On motion of McPhee, seconded by Alderman and carried, plane, ~rofiles and speciYications No.80,were adopted for the paving of West Fifth Street, between C, arnsey Street and Baker Street in the City of Santa Aha. On motion of Alderman duly seconded and carried, it ia ordered that S~'ecifioation~ ~o. 81, of the 0ity of Santa Aha,be adopted as the Specifications for the ~ing of West Fifth Street from the West line of Baker Street, to the center line of Artesia Street. On motion the City Clerk is instructed to re-advertise for bids for paving sidewalks in the City of Santa Aha, as covered by Resolution Ordering Work. # Ordinance No. 666 , An Ordinance regulating the keeping storage or use of gasoline exceeding five gallons in ~uantity in any public or private place in the Oity of Santa AhA, also for the keeping, storage or use of fuel oil, was read and on motion ordered referred to the 0ity Attorney. A request for permission from the ~ewbert Drainage Die- trict to build a drainage ditch across the 0ity Sewer Farm was on motion denied.
