On motion of McPhee, duly seconded and carried, Trustee'MoPhee ia empowered to ~ake all the necessary arrangements for the purchase from Mr. Frank 0lapp of two lots adjoining Palm Street immediately West of the Santa Aha Water Works. # On mo~ion duly eeoended and carried,' Trustees Alderman and Greenleaf, ~ater ~upt.
