This permission is granted with the understanding that a $2§00 bond is to be filed as indemnity in case of accidents to persons on the street. Bond to be approved by the President of the Moard and City Attorney. Upon motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Maryatt and carried, the City Attorney is instructed to notify the owners of the Wolfert property to have cement curbing put in at once on the property facing ~hestnut Ave., On motion of Trustee Maryatt, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried the City Attorney is instructed to notify property owners on Spurgeon between l?th and 20th to put in cement curbing where same is not already in. On motion of Trustee Maryatt, duly seconded by McPhee and carried, the City Attorney is instructed to notify all property owners on ~ast let from the Santa ~e R.R. track to the City limits on the Fast to put in cement curbing at once where same is not already in. On motion of Trustee Maryatt, seconded by Tubbs and carried, End St., between Main and Birch is ordered paved and if necee~ ary under Vrooman Act. Mr. C.A.Walker of the Princess Theater was before the Board and asked permission to erect a ticket office or booth at the entrance between th~ two doors. On motion of Trustee Maryatt seconded by Greenleaf and carried, permission is granted. # Upon motion of Trustee McPhee, Stags garage be left as it is; that the wood floor at the 0rom that the building inspector be instructed that in the future no building permits for garages be granted without cement floors; this motion was duly seconded and carried. A motion by Trustee McPhee that the President appoint a com~itte, to confer with the Joint pole committee in reference to removing the wooden pol~s on ~th St., from Mortimer to Ross and on Main from End to 8th, was duly seconded by Tubbs and carried. The President appointing Trustees McPhee and Greenleaf and Mr.R.L. Bisby of th~ Ohamber of Commerce as such committee.
