This permission is granted <br />with the understanding that a $2§00 bond is to be filed as <br />indemnity in case of accidents to persons on the street. <br />Bond to be approved by the President of the Moard and City <br />Attorney. <br /> <br />Upon motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Maryatt and <br />carried, the City Attorney is instructed to notify the owners <br />of the Wolfert property to have cement curbing put in at once <br />on the property facing ~hestnut Ave., <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Maryatt, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried <br />the City Attorney is instructed to notify property owners on <br />Spurgeon between l?th and 20th to put in cement curbing where <br />same is not already in. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Maryatt, duly seconded by McPhee and <br />carried, the City Attorney is instructed to notify all property <br />owners on ~ast let from the Santa ~e R.R. track to the City <br />limits on the Fast to put in cement curbing at once where same <br />is not already in. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Maryatt, seconded by Tubbs and carried, <br />End St., between Main and Birch is ordered paved and if necee~ <br />ary under Vrooman Act. <br /> <br />Mr. C.A.Walker of the Princess Theater was before the Board <br />and asked permission to erect a ticket office or booth at the <br />entrance between th~ two doors. On motion of Trustee Maryatt <br />seconded by Greenleaf and carried, permission is granted. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />Upon motion of Trustee McPhee, <br />Stags garage be left as it is; <br /> <br />that the wood floor at the 0rom <br />that the building inspector be <br /> <br />instructed that in the future no building permits for garages <br />be granted without cement floors; this motion was duly seconded <br />and carried. <br /> <br />A motion by Trustee McPhee that the President appoint a com~itte, <br />to confer with the Joint pole committee in reference to removing <br />the wooden pol~s on ~th St., from Mortimer to Ross and on Main <br />from End to 8th, was duly seconded by Tubbs and carried. The <br />President appointing Trustees McPhee and Greenleaf and Mr.R.L. <br />Bisby of th~ Ohamber of Commerce as such committee. <br /> <br /> <br />
