Garbage 0olleotors <br />through2 their attorney l.F.Menton, stating that they <br />are losing materially the benefit 6f their contract <br />by having some of the garbage stolen. A motion by <br />Trustee McPhee, that the City Marshal be instructed to <br />notify outsiders to desist under penalty of prosecution <br />was duly seconded by Trustee Tubbs and the following <br />vote was recorded: Ayes, Trustees Tubbs,MoPhee and Visel. <br />Noes, Trustees Oreenlsaf and Maryatt. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br /> A oommanication from H.D. Van Devest,Asr. for the <br /> Fidelity and Deposit Co. of Maryland, certifying it had <br /> issued an unlimited oompeneation policy covering the <br /> entire liability of Steele Finley and agrees that it will <br /> not cancel the policy w~thout notifying the City in writ- <br /> ing at least five days previous to such cancellation, ass <br /> on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded and carried, <br /> referred to the President of the Board. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br /> A re2usst of the So.0al. Auto 01ub for a permit to place <br /> signs through the City at whatever points needed to direct <br /> motorists, was on motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded <br /> by Maryatt and carried, &ranted. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br />A receipt for $325.00 to cover the deposit premium with <br />a commanication from the State 0om~ensation Insurance <br />Fund, in reference to the compensation insurance for the <br />0Sty employees was read, and on motion of Trustee McPhee, <br />duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, ordered filed. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by Maryatt and <br />carried, the City Clerk ia ordered to draw warrants on <br />the Treasurer to cover de~mnds Nc. S97 to 865 inclusive, <br />and the demands of l.N.Oarter for $15.50, 0.B.Jackson, <br />$3~5 and aeo. A.F~r $3.25. <br /> <br />The application of H.L. PheXTe for an auto for ~ire <br />license, accompanied by a bond of $10,000 with the <br />Pacific ~oaet 0asualty 0o., as sureties, was on motion <br />of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by M~Phee, a~d carried, <br />granted and bond referred to the President for approval. <br /> <br />The application of 1.1.
