Upon motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded and carried, the City Clerk was instructed to have 100 slips printed to be sent property owners f~r repairs on sidewalks. # The report from Ingineer rm. Mulholland on the brick work at the ·ater ~orks was read and on motion of Trustee MoPhee dul~ seconded and carried, a warrant for $1124.00was ordered drawn in favor of ~he Badenhaussr Oo.,to be paid on the contract when a supplemental Bond was given to guarantee the work for one year from date of acoeptqnce. # To remedy a bad place in the outfall sewer near St~llivan St., iS decided to make a change and'the Supt. of Sewers was i~e~ru~ted to secure right-of-way from the County on west side of Sullivan Street, and a strip 1~ feet wide along the ~orth side of Lo~s 1~ and 20 Santa Asa Acres.
