That <br />the crossing could be remedied by the widening of culverts <br />without taking any action with the S.P.R.R.Co. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br /> Wm. McDon&ld appeared before the Board askingt~ a license <br /> be granted him to run a lunch counter at the Southeast ce~ner <br /> of ~rd and Sycamore Sts., <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee McPhee duly seconded by Oreenleaf and <br /> carried, the same was granted. <br /> <br /> The petition of F.Ohampion with a $500 bond for electrician's <br /> license was read and on motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded <br /> by Greenlea~ and carried, same was granted. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubba, duly seconded and carried, <br /> Trustee McPhee, was appointed a committee to make necessary <br /> repairs for lights at Birch Park. <br /> <br />Trustee McPhee reported the purchase of an Oil pump from the <br />Standard Oil 0o., for $$9.00 to be used at the Fire Station. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubba, duly seconded by Moghee and carrie~ <br />the City Attorney is instructed to draw up an Ordinance govern- <br />ing the restriction for autos for hire or Jitney busses~ <br />to omb#dy in the Ordinance restricted districts on 4th St., <br />between Broadway and Bush and on Main St., between #rd and <br />Streets. Autos for hire not to stop in restricted district <br />except at traffic corners and at these corners a time limit <br /> <br /> <br />
