In Rs Minutes In Re ~nvita~ion In Re Permit to Demonstrate In Re Oil and Sand Lacy St. Mlectric Signs In R~ Bids City Garbage In Re Ros.lut!on Death of W.H.Spurgeon In Re Siam"Bath House" Minutes of regular session of June 7th,1915,and the adjourned session of Junel4,1915, read and minutes of June 14th amended. # An invitation from the Associated Chambers of Commerce and the Santa Aha Auto 01ub inviting the Trustees to J~in with them in the auto drive to 8an Diego June 24th 1916, was read and on motion ordered placed on file. # The application of R.J.tlliott to demonstrate and solicit orders for an automatic combination tool was read and on motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded and carried, referred to the City Attorney. # T~e petition to oil and sand Lacy Street between Welington and Washington Ave., was read snd on motion of Trustee McPhee duly seconded by Tubbs, and carried, granted, providing that property owners furnish ~ond sufficient to cover cost of material without expense to the City. # On motion of McPhee, d~ly seconded by Maryatt and carried, permission is given to the Dragon 0onfsctionery,104 t.4th St., Holmes Loan & Realty Co., 501N.Main and R.O. Barrios & Son, $1~ Bush St., to erect electric signs at their respective places of b~einess. # On motion of Trustee Mar~tt duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, the bid of ~aud Bros. to colleo~ the garbage and · ubbish of the City at $150.00 per month for 4 years accord- ing to the specifications on file with the City Clerk is accepted, same to take effect July let,ISiS. # On motion duly seconded and carried, the City Attorney is instructed to prepare a Resolution ~ the death of W.H.Spurgeon and on motion it is ordered that the City Hall be closed between the hours of 2:50 and $;30 p.m. # On motion of Trustee Tubbs, ~eoonded by Maryatt and carried, the Santa Aha Bath House is given permission to erect a small sign 6 inches wide and ~ feet high in front of their place of' business on 8purgeon St.
