Mandt for auto license was granted. the Board, the if located out On motion of Trustee MoPhed, duly seconded and carried, the Spurgeon Realty 0o.,is granted permission to con- struct & corrugated iron livery stable on Lot 4, BIM.4 Town of Santa Aha, same to confoxm to building Ordinance and subject to removal at any t/me within five years. The application of 0.W.Rowland for a shooting gallery and automatic base ball game, was read, and on motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Maryatt and carried, same is granted providing location is satisfactory to license fee $5.00 per quarter for each, of doors. The bond of property owners on ~acy St., between Welling- ton and Washington Ave., with John N.Anderson and Justine Whitney. as sureties, was read and upon motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded and carried, referred to the Presi- dent of the Board f~r approval. # A communication from the State Xndustrial Accident Commission in reference to an accident to Charles L. Berne supposed to be employed on the Street Department was read and upon motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded and carried, re~erred to the Oity Attorney. # A petition signed by a connittee from the W.O.T.U. and endorsed by the Parent-Teachers Federation of Santa Ana, asking that a Censor 0ormuittee be appointed was read, and upon motion of Trustee Tubbs, seconded by Maryatt, that the President of the Board appoint a Censor 0ommittee to report at next meeting. of The BondA~yraud Bros. the successful bidders ~or the garbage and rubbish contract with the National 2urety 0o., as surety for a $2000 bond, was read and on motion duly seconded and carried, referred to the President for approval.
