The petition of Mrs. Balkeld for a permit to move a corrugated iron building to the front on a Lot at 418 g.4th St., to be used as a Junk shop was referred to Trustees Tubbs and McPhee to investi- gate. On motion of Trustee T~bbs,duly seconded by Mc~hee and carried, no person, firm or corporation of Jitneys be allowed to use their drivers to solicit or spool for passengers.
