<br />wiring in the different theaters, was rea~, and on motion of Trustee
<br />McPhee, duly seconded by Maryatt, and carried, action is deferred for

<br />
<br />The petition of E.C.Frambos for a permit to do sewer wor~ was read,
<br />and upon motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Maryatt and
<br />carried, same was granted for one year, with a bond clause for $600.
<br />
<br />The bond of C.F.Oarlson and A.B. Goff for a plumbers license, with the
<br />Globe Indemnity Go. am: sure~ies, was read, and on motion duly seconded
<br />and carried, referred to the P~esident for approval.
<br />
<br />On motion duly seconded and carried the l.O.0.~, drill team is given
<br />permission to drill for thirty minutes at the corners of Fourth and
<br />Sycamore Streets, August 14th, 1516.
<br />
<br />The petition of A.N.Zerman for permission to erect a gassline tank
<br />underground, with pump attached, at his place of business on ~ast
<br />Fourth Street, was read and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly
<br />seconded by McPhee, and carried,.referred to a committee of the
<br />whole, to investigate.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Tubbe, and carried,
<br />the City Marshal is instructed to arrest anyone soliciting for
<br />Jitney passengers, under the provisions of Ordinance $12, relating
<br />to disorderly conduct.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Greenleaf, and carried
<br />
<br /> the City Marshal is instructed to enforce the traffic law to stay
<br />within the 155 ft. north of Fourth Street restricted district on the
<br />west side of Main Street.
<br />
<br />Bids from the Register Publishing Co., Blad~ Publishing Co., and
<br />Worden Printin~ Go. for the City Printing and advertising were opened
<br />and em~d, and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs
<br />and carried, referred to committee to report at next regular meeting.
<br />The President appointed Trustees MoPhee and Tubbs, and Water 8upt.Reid
<br />as such comnittee.
