A motion by Trustee McPhee, that the committee appointed some time ago to look into conditions of the storm water on Fair- view Ave., take immediate action, was duly seconded by Maryatt and carried. The President adding his name to the committee A motion by Trustee Tubbs to give gyraud Bros., ~0 days more grace in order to remedy the complaints about garbage. The 0ity Attorney to notify their bondsmen at once of the 0ity's intention to put on a team and wagon to remedy com- plaints and charge same and allow ~yraud Bros. their back pay, was duly~eoondsd and carried.
