The President adding his name to the committee <br /> <br /> A motion by Trustee Tubbs to give gyraud Bros., ~0 days more <br /> grace in order to remedy the complaints about garbage. <br /> <br /> The 0ity Attorney to notify their bondsmen at once of the <br /> 0ity's intention to put on a team and wagon to remedy com- <br /> <br /> plaints and charge same and allow ~yraud Bros. their back pay, <br /> was duly~eoondsd and carried. <br /> <br /> A motion by Trustee Tubbs, 0hairman of the 0ommittee to in- <br /> <br /> vestigate the condition of two property owners on g.2nd and <br /> Srd Sts.,in reference to the laying of sidewalk and curb, <br /> that 90 days be granted them was duly seconded and carried. <br /> <br /> · request that the walnut trees on E.l~th and g.Santa Clara <br /> <br /> · venue, at the Santa Fe R.R. crossing be trimmed when crop was <br /> harvested so as to show the crossing signal, was on motion of <br /> Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded and carried, referred to the <br /> Street Committee. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf and <br /> carried the Dale & Vincent Co. is granted permission to remove <br /> ten pepper trees on Santa Fe St., between First and Fourth. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustees Tubbs, duly seconded and carried, the <br /> Supt. of Streets is instructed to repair 17th between Main and <br /> Bush, and Bush near the corner of 17th, places that the Southerz <br /> 0on, ties Gas Co., had excavated and not repaired properly; cost~ <br /> of repair to be charged to the Company. <br /> <br />· motion by Trustee Tubbs, that three street lights be inetallec <br />on Mabury St., between 4th and Fruit ate., was duly seconded by <br />McPhee and carried. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded and carried, Police <br />Officer R.E.Dulaney ia given leave of absence for two weeks <br />starting Oct.17th. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Maryatt and carried <br />Warrants were ordered drawn on the City Treasurer to cover deman <br />ds No. $§6 to §19 inclusive. <br /> <br /> <br />
