A petition signed by most of the property owners 'to =il and grave~ Van Ness Ave., from §th to Washington Ave.,to put in curbing not already in, property owners to pay fo~ oil and gravel and Oity to grade, spread and oil said Street, was read, and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by McPhee and carried, same was granted. # The committee in reference to the 8.A.V.I.Oo.ditch gate on l?th St., on the property acquired through deed from Sarah Ross reported and on motion of Trustee McPhee, that the committee be continued was duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried. On motion duly seconded and carried, it was decided ~o wSter Fairview Ave., from Birch to Bristol and Rristol South to City limits, instead of oiling at this time. The bond of O.A.Williams of $100 for the oiling and graveling of Van Ness Ave., was read and on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly sedonded by Greenleaf and carried, referred to the President for approval. An Ordinance to change the boundaries of the different wards in the Oity, was given its first reading, and on motion duly second- ed and carried, referred to the Oity Attorney. A resolution of intention to install ornamental street lamps on 4th from Mortimer to Ross ets., end,Second to Sixth ate., to assess the cost of installing to the real property and fixing assessment district to be benefitted by said improvement was given its first reading and on motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, refer~ed to the Oity Attorney. # A motion by Trustee McPhee, that a cormnittee be appointed to dis- pose of the old fire horses was duly seconded by Maryatt and carried. The President appointing Trustees Tubbe and McPhee as such committee. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by McPhee and carried, the reports of the different Oity officers were accepted and
