OBrien was instructed to see that the alley East of <br />Broadway, between l~th and lSth Sts. is cleared of small <br /> <br />buildings and fences, <br />A petition signed by <br /> <br />so as to open the alley for traffic. <br /> <br />some of the property owners on Olive <br /> <br />St. from 4th to 6th, to have said portion of street oiled <br />and graveled, property owners to pay for same,City to pre- <br />pare street and spread the gravel thereon, was read and on <br />motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded and carried, referre <br />back to petitioners for improvement. <br /> <br /> <br />
