On motion of <br />Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Maryatt andcarrie&, <br />the petition was referred to a committee. President <br />Vlsel appointing Trustees Tubbs and Greenleaf as such <br />committee. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs, dttly seconded by Greenlzaf <br /> and carried, the resignation of R.$.Elliott,driver &n <br /> <br /> was accepted. <br /> <br />the Fire Dept., <br />Upon motion of <br /> <br />Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Green- <br />and carried, Forest Gay was appointed as a driver <br /> <br /> at $?0.00 per month to suceed R.S. <br /> <br />leaf <br /> <br />in the Fire Dept., <br /> <br />Elliott resigned. <br /> <br />A communication from W.B.Williams, County Olerk,notify- <br />ing the Board that the Board of ~upervisors had re~ecte¢ <br />the City's demand for a portion of fines and forfeitures <br />collected under the Motor Vehicle Act, was read, and on <br />motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by McPhee <br />and carried, the communication was ordered filed. <br /> <br />Upon motion of Trustee ~oPhee,~ passed by the following <br />vote: Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, ~cPhee, Greenleaf,~aryatt <br />and Vlsel, Noes, Trustees None, the Clerk was instructs( <br />to advertise for bids to pave 2 feet on each side of <br />West 5th ~t. pavement from Baker to the East end of <br /> <br />first bridge. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McPhee, <br /> <br />City Engineer Bonebrake was <br /> <br />fications for <br /> <br /> duly seconded and carried, <br /> <br /> instructed to prepare speci- <br />the paving of 2 feet on each side of the <br /> <br /> <br />
