W.S.Roee, Lacy from 5th to Wellington, <br /> Sam Vogt 6th from Lac~:te Mortimer, was upon motion of <br /> Trustee Maryatt, duly seconded by Tubbe and carried, grante~ <br /> <br /> The petition of ~$~ Hawk for permission to stand his pop <br /> corn automobile in front of the Temple Theater 3rd and Bush <br /> ets., during the evenings, was on motion of Trustee Tubbs, <br /> duly seconded by Maryatt and carried, granted. <br /> <br /> A communication from the Merchants & Manufactuers Aesociat~x~ <br /> asking that a committee be appointed from the Board to confer <br /> titha con~ittee from the Association Feb.l§th at 7:~0 p.m., <br /> relative to the Ordinance regulating the sale of merchandise, <br /> the President appointed Trustee Tubbs and City Attorney Scott <br /> am the committee. <br /> <br /> The application of Wm.~hite for a refund on his auto for hire <br /> license issued to him in-May 1915, to May 1918, u~on motion <br /> of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Maryatt and carried, <br /> granted, amount of refund <br /> <br />Upon motion duly seconded and carried, the City 0lark was <br />inet~mcted to proceed to open the bids received for 500eft. <br />6 in. and 15,000 ft. ~ in. 01ass "A" cast iron water pipe, <br />car lot per Ton.
