Ohestnut wes before the Board in reference to the pav- <br /> ing being done on said street, stating that they were <br /> not satisfied with the concrete on the gmat block. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, that the President <br /> <br /> a committee to investigate the work to have a ~$st made <br /> of the asphaltum used, was duly seconded by Maryatt and <br /> carried. The President appointed Trustees Maryatt and <br /> Greenleaf as such committee. <br /> <br />Rev. J.G. Xeenedy representing the gbell, W.C.T.U., <br /> <br />P.T. Association and Ministerial Association was before <br />the Board in reference to the appointment of Mfs. Lea <br />Warren as one of the Censor commission to take the place <br />of Mrs. A.J.Crookshank, who had never Qualified. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Maryatt that Section 1 of Ordinance <br /> 8o that <br />No.§61 be Wnded, the Sensor aommission be given power <br /> <br />to see a picture before shown to the public, and ~ <br />Mfs.Lea Warren to succeed Mrs.A.J.Crookehank on the commi~ <br />ion was duly seconded by McPhee and carried,, the 0it¥ <br />to notify Rsv.Paul Wright, J.F.Adams and Mfs. Lea Warren of <br />their appointment and to call at the Clerk's office and <br />take the oath of office. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf and <br />carried,the Water Supt. is instructed to move the roof of <br />the auto shed twelve inch~s from the wall of the Garage <br />City Hall Bldg. <br /> <br /> <br />
