Hunter Urokerage 0o., 6 in. $37.60. 4 in. $47.60. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, that the bid of the United States Cast Iron Pipe & Foundry 0o. be accepted and that the Water Supt., enter into a contract with maid 0ompany the following vote was recorded: Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, Greenleaf,Maryatt and Visel. Noes, Trustees None. Absent, Trustee McPhee. The committee appointed to investigate the bonds for paving West 8th Bt. in reference to paying the bonds on the property of the West Bth St., school was on motion of Trustee Mar2att, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, continued for one week. On motion of Trustee Maryatt, duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, the books in reference to the bonds of paving West Bth St. be kept in the vault in charge of the City Olerk and only be shown in the presence of the Street Supt. Mr. Harlow Hallida¥ representing the property owners on g. Ohestnut wes before the Board in reference to the pav- ing being done on said street, stating that they were not satisfied with the concrete on the gmat block. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, that the President a committee to investigate the work to have a ~$st made of the asphaltum used, was duly seconded by Maryatt and carried. The President appointed Trustees Maryatt and Greenleaf as such committee. Rev. J.G. Xeenedy representing the gbell, W.C.T.U., P.T. Association and Ministerial Association was before the Board in reference to the appointment of Mfs. Lea Warren as one of the Censor commission to take the place of Mrs. A.J.Crookshank, who had never Qualified. On motion of Trustee Maryatt that Section 1 of Ordinance 8o that No.§61 be Wnded, the Sensor aommission be given power to see a picture before shown to the public, and ~ Mfs.Lea Warren to succeed Mrs.A.J.Crookehank on the commi~ ion was duly seconded by McPhee and carried,, the 0it¥ to notify Rsv.Paul Wright, J.F.Adams and Mfs. Lea Warren of their appointment and to call at the Clerk's office and take the oath of office. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried,the Water Supt. is instructed to move the roof of the auto shed twelve inch~s from the wall of the Garage City Hall Bldg.
