<br /> The President of the Board having announced this the time
<br /> tc open bids for the paving of 2 feet on each side o£
<br />
<br /> West 5th St. pavement with crushed rock and oil from Baker
<br /> to East end of small Oridge on West 5th St., the Clerk was
<br /> on motion o£ Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Naryatt and
<br /> carried, directed to open bids.

<br />On motion of Trustee ~cPhe~, duly seconded by Tubbs and passed
<br />by thc following vote: Ayes, Trustees Tubbs,NcPhee, Maryatt
<br />and Visel, Noes, Trustees None, Absent, Trustee Greenleaf,
<br />the bid of Wells and Bressler for $750.00, was accepted.
<br />~resident Visel and City Attorney Scott to see that proper
<br />bond is given by the successful bidders.

<br />Eyraud Bros. are cited to appear
<br />
<br />duly seconded and carried,
<br />in the Council Room of the
<br />
<br />Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana. ~t 7:30 p.m.,
<br />Tueslay, Dec. 26th 191~, and show cause why their contract with
<br />the City for the collection of garbage and rubbish be not
<br />
<br />declared forfeited for failing to
<br />

<br />fulfill said contract.
