Upon motion duly seconded and carried, Trustee Tubbs and President Visel were appointed a committee to act with City Attorney Scott in reference to the opening of Myrtle St., from Flower to Baker. # Upon motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded hy Tubbs and carried, the Street Supt. is hereby instructed to scarify oil and gravel pavement on Santa Clara between Main and Broadway. On motion of Trustee ~oPhee, duly seconded and carried, the Clerk w~s instructed to mail a copy to each business house ~nd bank of the Financial Statement of the City for the last fiscal year.
