Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br /> An Ordinance prohibiting and regulating the holding of public <br /> meetings in the parks of the City and fixing & penalty therefor <br /> was read for the first reading and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, <br /> duly seconded by MoPhee and carried, referred to the City Attorney <br /> <br /> An Ordinance defining motor trucks, transient and itinerant mer- <br />an~ itin- chants, ftxlng licensee therefor and providing a penalty, was <br /> <br /> given first reading, and on motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded <br /> <br /> by Greenleaf and camried, referred to City Attorney for correction <br /> and amendments. <br /> <br /> <br />
