Paul Wright <br /> <br />resigned, as a member of <br />motion of Trustee Tubbs, <br />and carried, referred to <br />act. <br /> <br />~he.motion of Trustee Tubbs, <br /> <br />the Censor Committee, was on <br />duly seconded hy Greenleaf <br />the President with power to <br /> <br />that abutting property <br /> <br />owners on East First St., re-surface the pavement on <br />said Street from the Santa Fe Railroad track to the <br />City Limits on the East, with asphaltum, said work <br />to be done in 90 days, was duly seconded by McPhee and <br />carried. <br /> <br />Upon the motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by <br />Greenleaf and carried, it was decided to accept the <br />cheaper grade of street paving in the future in resi- <br />dence sections, with oil, crushed rock,etc., gutters <br />to be 2 ft. wide and 4 inches thick of cement ooncret~ <br />the same kind of paving put in on Walnut between Main <br />and Orange Ave. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Tubbs <br />and camried, the City Attorney is instructed to pre- <br />pare an Ordinance prohibiting the moving of old build <br />lngs into the City and prohibiting the moving of old <br />buildings already situated in the City, further than <br />200 ft., <br /> <br />The Street Supt. was instructed on motion of Trustee <br /> <br />Tubbs,, duly seconded and carried, to repair North <br /> <br />Main St., from the Bridge to Buffalo Ave. and Santa <br /> <br />Clams from Main to Broadway with crushed rock and oil <br /> <br />An Ordinance calling for & bond election of $6,000 <br />for bridge on North Flower Street, and $9,000 street <br />equipment was given first reading, and on motion of <br />Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs, that same <br />be referred to City Attorney, resulted in the follow- <br />ing vote:- Ayes, Trustees Tubbs and Greenleaf, <br /> <br />Noes, Trustees McPhee and Visel. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustee Maryatt. <br /> <br />Not receiving a majority of the votes cast, the Ordi- <br />nance was tabled. <br /> <br /> <br />
