Cai. Edison Co. to <br />stall ~ro lights at the following places: <br /> <br /> and 8purgeon, First and Bush, ~th and Minter, <br /> <br /> 4th and Olive. <br /> <br />An 0rdinanoe granting to the P.E.Ry. Co., and its assigns the right <br />to construct, maintain and operate a standard gauge double track <br />curve connection between its double track railroad on ~th and Main <br />sas., wu given final reading and pused by the following vote: <br />Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, Greenleaf, and Visel. <br /> <br />Noes, Trustee Maryatt, <br /> <br />Not voting, Trustee MoPhee. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />An Ordinance granting to the P.E.R.R.Co., and its assigns the <br />right to construct, maintain and operate for the term of fifty <br />years an electric railroad spur transfer connecting track on <br />certain streets in tho City wu given final reading and denied <br /> <br /> to-wit: <br /> <br />passage by the following vote, <br />Ayes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Noes, Trustees Tuhbs, McPhee, <br /> <br />Not voting Trustee Visel. <br /> <br />Upon motion of Trustee Tubbs, <br /> <br />Oreenleaf, and Maryatt. <br /> <br /> duly seconded and carried, the <br />taken Feb.2Sth,1916, in reference tO ordering Lacy St., from 5th <br />to Wellington paved with screened gravel and oil is hereby rescind- <br />ed. <br /> <br /># <br />~:~on of Trustee Tubbs~, and by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, MoPhee, Maryatt and Vieel, Not voting Trustee <br />Greenleaf, the City Attorney is instructed to prepare a resolution <br />ordering Lacy St., to be paved with oil and crushed rock macadam <br />under Specifications No.~2 from 5th to Nellington Ave., <br /> <br />Reeolution to include all sewer, water and gas connections and cur~ <br />to be put in before paving. <br /> <br />A request for sewer on Santiago St., between Edgewood Road and <br />Santa Clara was on motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded and <br />carried, that the policy of the Board be followed as heretofore. <br />Streets that were established and open, when the original sewer <br />bonds issue wac passed and not included in sewer district at that <br />time, property owners to pay for pipe and City to do the work, and <br />upon streets not established when bonds were voted, the property <br />owners to pay for all the cost. <br /> <br /> <br />
