Cai. Edison Co. to stall ~ro lights at the following places: and 8purgeon, First and Bush, ~th and Minter, 4th and Olive. An 0rdinanoe granting to the P.E.Ry. Co., and its assigns the right to construct, maintain and operate a standard gauge double track curve connection between its double track railroad on ~th and Main sas., wu given final reading and pused by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, Greenleaf, and Visel. Noes, Trustee Maryatt, Not voting, Trustee MoPhee. # An Ordinance granting to the P.E.R.R.Co., and its assigns the right to construct, maintain and operate for the term of fifty years an electric railroad spur transfer connecting track on certain streets in tho City wu given final reading and denied to-wit: passage by the following vote, Ayes, Trustees None. Noes, Trustees Tuhbs, McPhee, Not voting Trustee Visel. Upon motion of Trustee Tubbs, Oreenleaf, and Maryatt. duly seconded and carried, the taken Feb.2Sth,1916, in reference tO ordering Lacy St., from 5th to Wellington paved with screened gravel and oil is hereby rescind- ed. # ~:~on of Trustee Tubbs~, and by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, MoPhee, Maryatt and Vieel, Not voting Trustee Greenleaf, the City Attorney is instructed to prepare a resolution ordering Lacy St., to be paved with oil and crushed rock macadam under Specifications No.~2 from 5th to Nellington Ave., Reeolution to include all sewer, water and gas connections and cur~ to be put in before paving. A request for sewer on Santiago St., between Edgewood Road and Santa Clara was on motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded and carried, that the policy of the Board be followed as heretofore. Streets that were established and open, when the original sewer bonds issue wac passed and not included in sewer district at that time, property owners to pay for pipe and City to do the work, and upon streets not established when bonds were voted, the property owners to pay for all the cost.
