On motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded and carried, as Icon as the Contractor has the signatures of property owners for reeurfacing French Street from 5th to Washing- ton Ave., COntractor ia to be given permission to close said portion of French St. On motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by Maryatt and carried, President Visel was authorized to sign the con- tract for re-surfacing French Sa.park property abutting on French Street. A motion by Trustee Tubbm that the City Attorney be in- structed to make some legal form for street pavement petitions to he adopted by the Board so as to include gas, sewer and water oonneotio~s and curb before & La circulated for paving a street, was duly seconded by Maryatt and carried. Upon motion of Trustee Oreenleaf, duly seconded and oaxri, G.R.Well$ is granted permission to close Minter St.,from %th to French for paving said portion of street when Supt. of Streets thinks advisable. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded and carried, W.N.Oaxter is given leave of absence from July let to 15th,inclusive. A resolution of intention of the Board of Trustees of Clt~deolaxing it~ intention to repair and resurface that portion of West 5th St., between Sycamore on the East and Broadway on the West 'for the full width thereof and determining that bonds shall be issued to represent the cost thereof as approved under the Bond Act of April ?th 1911, was given first reading, and on motion duly second and carried, referred to the City Attorney. # A motion by Trustee Tubbe to adjourn, was duly seconded and carried. / oiv Clerk.
