Reid was instructed to replace the horse fountain at 4th and French Ste., with a public drinking foun~ and to secure a place and install the horse fountain in some location not so congested with traffic. OBrien was on motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, instructed to look up names of persons responsible for leaving irrigation waste water run in streets and report names to City Attorney. Upon motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded and carried, the lower portion of the sign on North Main Street bridge stating the speed limit in the City to he 20 miles per hour be taken out a~ · sign ~o read 'Bridge slow down' 6 miles per hour placed on s~me.
