Frano~iee~'Tax In Re Bond of O.W.Stovall The applications of F.D.Drake to circulate petitions for oil and gravel on 6th between Rose and Shelton, Olive between 4th and Hickey; W.R. and T.B.Walker for Van Ness from 1st to 4th St. and N.g.Wray, 6th between Ross and Garnsey. Upon motion of Trustee Maryatt, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, the requests were granted. # The application of W.N.Orandall to do private cement contract work, was on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Ma~yatt and carried, granted, the applicant to file a bond of $500 to be approved by the President of the Board. The application of Tom Xaras for a license to conduct a pool billiard and bowling parlor at 716 E.4th St., was on motion of Trustee Tmbbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, referred to a comittee. The President appointing Trustees Tubbs and Maryatt as such committee. The resignation o~ W.O.¥oung as chief of the Santa Aha Fire Department to take effect Feb.lst, 1~16, was on motion of Trustee T~bbs, duly seconded b7 Maryatt, and carried, ordered placed on file. # ~he application of Dart & McKinsis for a housemover's license to do business in the Oit7 was on motion of Trustee Maryatt, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, granted. The application of A.H.~nall for a permit to install a curb gasoline pump in front of his place of ~Asiness,109 ~.$rd St., was on motion of Trustee Maryatt, duly seconded ~y Greenleaf and carried, referred to a committee, the President appointing Trustees Maryatt and Tubbs and the Fire Ohief on the committee. The certified statement accompanied by a voucher of $200.67 from the Pacific ~lectrio Ry., amount of franchise tax due the Oity under Ordinance No.414, wac on motion of T~uetee Greenleaf , duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, ordered received. # The bond of G.W.Stovall for $~00 with the Maryland Oasualty ~o. as surety, for a plumber's ~nd was on motion of Trustee Green- leaf, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried referred to the Presides for approval.
