Bond N. C. Gardner Upon motion of Trtmtee ~bbe, duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, Trtmtee Maryatt was a~pointed President pro rem. The a~plioation of David Cohen for a license to conduct pool room in the Arcade Bldg., 1025 E. ~th Street read, and on motion~rtmtee ?ubhe, duly seconded and carried, license granted. # The bond of Geo. T. Dunn with the Globe Indemnity Co. surety, to do private oontrant work of constructing cement sidewalk, curb etc., duly seconded by Greenlea~, Chair for approval. was on motion of Trustee Tubbe and carried, referred to the A petition signed by property owners on last Pine between Flower and Baker to have eald portion of Street gravelled property owners to pay for gravel, and City to prepare street and spread gravel, wan read, and on motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Greenle~f and carried, petition referred ba~k for more signatures, and to be presented at next meeting. A report from the Southern California Edison 0o., accepting the work of the Palmer Motor Shop, of installing the ornamental street lights on Fourth and Main Streets, was read, and on motion of Trultee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbe and carried, report ordered filed. A notice signed by A.B.Gardner, and Jank Miller, notifying the Board of withd~&wing their names aa ouretiee on the bond of N.C.Gardnar to do private contract work for sewer construction, cement lidewalk and curbing, was on motion of Trultee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbe and carried, ordered placed on file, and Street S~erintendent notified to that effect.
