In Be. Permit to Remove Building. The application of D-et & McKlnzie for a permit to remove frame building about l~x~ located between Fruit and Brc~n streets, to outside City Limits, wal on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, referred to the Street Superintendent for approval a~ disapproval. In Re. Leave of absence for C.I.Pond. Upon motion of Trustee Tubbs duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, Police Officer C.l.Pond wa~ granted leave of absence from July 31et, to August l~th, inclusive. Trash Hauling. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded and carried, Fran~ Groom wu granted a free license, and given permilllOn to charge a nominal fee for hauling off trash that does not come under the contract with the City Os:base Collector. In Re. Additional Paving Inspector. Upon motion of Trustee Oreenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs that an additional et:est paving inspector be seethed by the Street Superintendent at once, wal carried. In Re. Radius Sidewalk Corners. Upon motion of Trustee Greenlea~, duly seconded by Tubbe, and carried, the City il to stand the expense of changing several radius sidewalk corners in the eastern part of this City, on certain streets being paved at thie time. In Re. Permit to close Alley. Upon motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded and carried, Welll & Breseler were granted permission to close the alley bounded by Stafford, ~aoy, Vance and Minter' Streetl, in order to have enid portion of alley paved under specifications In Re. Permit to Close Stafford St. On motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Oreenleaf and carried, Wells & Breeelar were grante~ permission to close Stafford Street from French to Garfield, in order to pave said portion of said street un,ar Specifications ~.
