Co. <br />were awarded the contract for the City printing for the <br />ensuing year, their bid being the lowest of the three bids <br />received. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />The following Resolution accepting the equipment for the <br />electric lights installed by =ack P~er and hi~ aseigns <br />on Main et., from 2nd to 6th etc.,on both sides thereof, <br />and from Mortimer to Rose St., on both sides of 4th St., <br />wu adopted by the following vote to-wit: <br /> <br />Tubbs, Greenleaf, Maryatt and Vise] <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees, MoPhee, <br /> <br />Noes, None. <br /> <br />The following Resolution of the Board of Trustees d~ <br />its intention to pave that portion of Richland St. lying <br />between Main and Rose ets, from curb to curb, excluding <br />therefrom any portion of said improvement which may <br />already have been constructed according to the proper grad <br />of e&ld Avenue, and determining that bonds shall be issued <br />to represent the OOBt thereof, was given first reading and <br />on motion of Trultee Tubbe, seconded by Maryatt and oarriec <br />referred back to the City Attorney. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />A Resolution of Intention of the Board declaring <br />intention to pave that portion of West ~rd St., from Ross <br />to Pacific Ave., the full width thereof, and for the con- <br />etruotion of cement curbing, where ewe is not now con- <br />etruoted according to official grade, and for & cement <br />gutter 2 ft. in width and 4 inches in thiokneBs, and that <br />at all intersections said cement gutters ehall be ~ ft. <br />in width and 5 inches in thickneee, and determining that <br />bonds shall he issued to represent the cost thereof, wu <br />given first reading and on mo~on of Trustee Tubb~ duly <br />seconded by ~reenleaf%referred back to City Attorney. <br /> <br />Upon motion of Trustee Tubhs and passed by the following <br /> <br />vote, Ayes, Trustees TUbbB, McPhee, Greenleaf, Maryatt and <br />Vieel, Noes, Trustees None. City Engineer Bonebrake was <br /> <br />instructed to prepar rofilee and cross-sections for <br /> <br />Richland from Main to Rose, and 3rd from Rose to Pacific <br /> <br />Ave., for the purpose of paving above portions of streets <br /> <br />under Specifications No.~2. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />Upon motion of Trustee Greenleaf, <br /> <br />and carried, <br />President for <br /> <br /> duly seconded by Maryatt <br />36 autos for hire bonds were referred to the <br />approve/. <br /> <br /> <br />
