~n <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Plane and Profiles <br /> <br />French St. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Instructions,Deputy <br /> <br />Health Inspector <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Permit to Methodist <br /> <br />Conference <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Condition of pavement <br /> <br />North Main St. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Alley d~ainage <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Public Playgrounds <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Oil Pit Repairs <br /> <br />The specifications for re-surfacing French St., from the <br />North line of Fifth St., to the 8outh line of Washington <br />Ave. to be known as Specifications No.~, was read and <br />adopted on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded By Green- <br />leaf and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />A~ee, Trustees Tubbe, Greenleaf, Maryatt and Visel. <br /> <br />Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Plane, profiles and corse sections for the re-surfacing of <br />French St., from 5th to Washington Ave. under Specifications <br />No. ~4 were accepted and ~rd~red filed on motion of Trustee <br />Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbe and carried by the <br />following vote; A~es, Trustees Tubbe,Greenleaf, Maryatt & Vieel <br />Noes,Trustees None. <br /> <br />Upon motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Oreenleaf and <br />carried, Deputy Health Inspector J.P.$pau~ding, was instructed <br />to make the rounds with Frank Grooms, driver of the trash <br />wagon, and warn residents and business houses not to throw any <br />garbage in trash boxes. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Greenleaf and <br />carried, the Epworth League of the Methodist Conference was <br />granted permission to hold an open air meeting at the Southwest <br />corner of 4th and Sycamore sra., when the Methodist Conference <br />meets. <br /> <br />A Motion by Trustee Tubbs that the Chair appoint a committee <br />to investigate the condition of the pavement on North Main <br />from 8.P. Railroad to the North side of the bridge, and report <br />what recommendation for the improving of same was duly seconded <br />by Trustee Maryatt and carried. President Visel appointing <br />Trustees Tubbs, and Greenleaf, City Engineer Bone brake and <br />Street Supt. OBrien -- such committee. <br /> <br /> Upon motionmfTruetee Oreenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs and <br /> carried, City Engineer Bonebrake and Street Supt. OBrien <br /> were appointed a committee with power to act in reference to <br /> the drainage of the alley bounded by Minter, Vance, Lacy and <br /> <br /> and Stafford sra. <br /> <br /> Upon motion of Trustee Maryatt, duly seconded by Greenleaf <br /> and carried, property ~dJoining the water works plant~wned <br /> by the City was given in charge of the Park Commission for <br /> making & public playground. <br /> <br /> Upon motion of Trustee Maryatt, duly seconded and carried <br /> Street Supt. OBDSen was instructed to repair the oil pit <br /> <br /> <br />
