Bau, r in reference to the need of <br /> <br />a b~idge on North Flower St., was read, and on motion of Trustee <br />McPhee, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, ordered filed. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Maryatt, duly seconded by Tubbs and <br /> carried, the following additional street lights were ordered <br /> installed: <br /> <br /> 20th & French; Wellington Ave. between F & Lacy; 6th & Mortlme2 <br /> Brown and E, Minter between Fruit & Stafford; D & Wellington; <br /> Valencia half way between l?th & 20th, one each, two on l?th <br /> East of Grand Ave., East of the present lights, And to place <br /> the light on l?th & Spurgeon in the center of the intersection. <br /> <br /> An Ordinance regulating the sale of bread and establishing a <br /> standard weight thereof, was given first reading and on motion <br /> of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Maryatt and carried, <br /> <br />referred to the City Attorney. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />An Ordinance requiring vendors <br /> <br />of ice and other commodities <br /> <br /> to have scales tested by the County Sealer of Weights and <br /> Measures and fixing & penalty for violations thereof, was <br /> given first reading and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly <br /> seconded by Maryatt and carried, ordered referred to City Arty <br /> <br /> A Resolution of Intention of the Board to gravel Pine and <br /> Chestnut Bts. from Flower to Baker, was given first reading, <br /> and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Maryatt <br /> and carried, referred to the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> Upon motion of Trustee Maryatt,duly seconded and carried, <br /> Illingworth & Roe were granted permission to conduct an oil <br /> mhd gas filling station at the S~t corner of let & Main. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded and carried, City <br />Attorney Scott was instructed to notify property owners on <br />Highland St. between Main and Broadway to have cement sidewalks <br />and curb put in within 30 days. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by Maryatt andcarrie~ <br />City Arty. Scott wa~ instructed to notify property owners on <br />both sides of Olive St. between 5th & 6th to have cement sidewa~ <br />and curb put in within 30 days. <br /> <br /> <br />
