<br />TOTAL EXCLUSION - PERFLUORINATED COMPOUNDS (PFC) /
<br />PER- AND POLY FLUOROALKYLSUBSTANCES (PFAS)
<br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following:
<br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART
<br />A. The following exclusion is added to SECTION I —COVERAGES, COVERAGE A— BODILY INJURY
<br />AND PROPERTY DAMAGE LIABILITY, 2. Exclusions and to SECTION I —COVERAGES,
<br />COVERAGE B —PERSONAL AND ADVERTISING INJURY LIABILITY, 2. Exclusions:
<br />This insurance does not apply to:
<br />Perfluorinated Compounds(PFC) or Per -and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances(PFAS)
<br />1. "Bodily injury", "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury" arising out of, in any way
<br />related to, or which would not have occurred in whole or in part, but for the actual, alleged,
<br />threatened or suspected:
<br />a. Inhalation of, ingestion of, contact with, exposure to, existence of, absorption of, or presence
<br />of, any and all "PFC/PFAS";
<br />b. Design, manufacture, storage, processing, packaging, handling, testing, distribution, sale, or
<br />disposal of"PFC/PFAS";
<br />c. Discharge, dispersal, seepage, migration, release, flaking, leakage, leaching, friability,
<br />release or escape of"PFC/PFAS";
<br />d. Providing or failing to provide warnings or instructions with respect to "PFC/PFAS"; or
<br />e. Warranties or representations made at any time with respect to the fitness, quality, durability,
<br />performance or use of "PFC/PFAS";
<br />regardless of whether any other cause, event, material substances, compounds, goods, products
<br />or "your products", contributed concurrently or in any sequence to such injury or damage.
<br />2. Any loss, cost, or expense arising out of or related to any:
<br />a. Request, demand, order or statutory, regulatory or legal requirement of any kind that any
<br />insured or others test for, monitor, clean up, remove, contain, treat, detoxify or neutralize,
<br />or in any way respond to, or assess or remediate the effects of"PFC/PFAS"; or
<br />b. Claim or "suit" by or on behalf of a governmental authority for damages because of testing
<br />for, monitoring, cleaning up, removing, containing, treating, detoxifying or neutralizing,
<br />or in any way responding to, or assessing the effects of "PFC/PFAS".
<br />3. Any other injury or damage, liability, loss, cost or expense arising out of or in any way related to
<br />"PFC/PFAS" including, but not limited to, any fines, penalties, punitive or exemplary damages.
<br />This exclusion applies even if the claims against any insured allege negligence or other wrongdoing
<br />in the supervision, hiring, employment, training or monitoring of others by that in
