159 <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Petition to gravel Chestnut Ave. <br /> <br />Brist¢l St. paving <br /> <br />P~oc=cdin&s to p-ave Bristol <br /> <br />In Re <br />St. paving contracts <br /> <br />A petition signed by 22 property owners fronting on <br />that portion of Chestnut Ave., beginning 49? ft. West <br />of Flower St.,and the East line of Baker Bt. to have <br />said portion of Street graveled 2 yds. to every ten feet <br />with gravel passing through a 2 inch screen and subject <br />to the inspection of the Street Supt., owners to pay for <br />gravel delivered upon the aforesaid portion of Avenue <br />City to spread the same, was granted on motion of Truste~ <br />Greenleaf, duly seconded by Trustee Maryatt and passed <br />by the following vote to-wit:- <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, Greenleaf, and M~ryatt,Noes, None. <br />Not voting Truete~NoPhee and Visel. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee NoPhee duly seconded by Navyart <br />and passed by the following vote, Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, <br />MoPhee,Greenleaf, Maryatt and Visel, Noes,Trustees None, <br />that North and South Bristol St. be paved, excepting that <br />portion lying between the North and South line of West <br />3rd St., with a concrete base and rock and oil surface <br />same to conform to Orange County Highway specifications <br />said pavement to be lS ft. in width commencing at the <br />South line of pavement now eetabliehe~on West 5th St., <br />running thence South to a point 3S90.9 ft. South of the <br />center line of West Fifth St., thence South 9 ft.in widtl <br />on the East side of center line of South Bristol to a <br />point 6550.9 ft. South of the center line of West 5th St. <br />being the City limits on South Bristol St. <br /> <br />Upon motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by Trustee <br />Tubbs and passed by the following vote to-wit: Ayes. <br />Trustees Tubbs, MoPhee, Maryatt and Visel, Noes Trustees <br />Greenleaf, the City Attorney is instructed to begin pro- <br />ceedings under the Act of l~ll,to pave North and South <br />Bristol St.exoepting therefrom that portion lying between <br />the North and South line of West Third St., with concrete <br />base and rook and oil suxfa~e, same to conform to Orange <br />County Highway specifications, said pavement to be 1~ ft. <br />in width commencing at the South line of pavement now <br />eet~llehed on West 5th St., running thence South to a <br />point ~O.~ ft., south of the center line of West 5th St <br />thence South 9 ft. in width on the East side of center <br />line of South Bristol to a point 6550.9 ft.
