159 In Re Petition to gravel Chestnut Ave. Brist¢l St. paving P~oc=cdin&s to p-ave Bristol In Re St. paving contracts A petition signed by 22 property owners fronting on that portion of Chestnut Ave., beginning 49? ft. West of Flower St.,and the East line of Baker Bt. to have said portion of Street graveled 2 yds. to every ten feet with gravel passing through a 2 inch screen and subject to the inspection of the Street Supt., owners to pay for gravel delivered upon the aforesaid portion of Avenue City to spread the same, was granted on motion of Truste~ Greenleaf, duly seconded by Trustee Maryatt and passed by the following vote to-wit:- Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, Greenleaf, and M~ryatt,Noes, None. Not voting Truete~NoPhee and Visel. On motion of Trustee NoPhee duly seconded by Navyart and passed by the following vote, Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, MoPhee,Greenleaf, Maryatt and Visel, Noes,Trustees None, that North and South Bristol St. be paved, excepting that portion lying between the North and South line of West 3rd St., with a concrete base and rock and oil surface same to conform to Orange County Highway specifications said pavement to be lS ft. in width commencing at the South line of pavement now eetabliehe~on West 5th St., running thence South to a point 3S90.9 ft. South of the center line of West Fifth St., thence South 9 ft.in widtl on the East side of center line of South Bristol to a point 6550.9 ft. South of the center line of West 5th St. being the City limits on South Bristol St. Upon motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by Trustee Tubbs and passed by the following vote to-wit: Ayes. Trustees Tubbs, MoPhee, Maryatt and Visel, Noes Trustees Greenleaf, the City Attorney is instructed to begin pro- ceedings under the Act of l~ll,to pave North and South Bristol St.exoepting therefrom that portion lying between the North and South line of West Third St., with concrete base and rook and oil suxfa~e, same to conform to Orange County Highway specifications, said pavement to be 1~ ft. in width commencing at the South line of pavement now eet~llehed on West 5th St., running thence South to a point ~O.~ ft., south of the center line of West 5th St thence South 9 ft. in width on the East side of center line of South Bristol to a point 6550.9 ft.
