In Re Halesworth St. paving The petition of a majority of property owners on Hales- worth St., between the West line of Broadway and East line of Ross St., asking to have said portion of Street paved under Specifications No.~O, was granted on the following conditions, that the oontrs~t include sewer, gas ~nd water connections and the laying of cement curb, where same has not already been installed, was passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Tubbe,McPhee,Maryatt Noes, Trustees None, not voting Trustee and Vleel, Greenleaf.
