A COMMUNication from Jacob Willits requesting that his name be withdrawn from the petition asking to have Bush St. paved from Washington Ave. to Santa Clara, was read and on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Maryatt and carried, ordered received and placed on file for future reference. # A request from the Theosophical Society for the use of the Council Chamber for the nights of Feb. Z5th to 28th inclusive, for a series of free public lectures, was on motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, denied. # The request of Dr. John Wehrly for permit to use the Council Chamber Thursday evening Feb. ZZnd for the pur- pose of forming a Red Cross Society wam granted on motion of Trustee Tub~s, duly seconded by Maryatt and carried. The bonds of 19 Jitneys with the Golden State Indemnity Co. of San Francisco em surety for $10,0OO each, were referred to the President of the Bosmd for approval or disapproval on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Maryatt and carried. On motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, the Clerk was instruote~ to get reference and standing of the Golden State Indemnity Co.of San Francisc In Re On motion of Trustee McPhee,and passed by the following Rescinding action of Apr.17,1916. vote, Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, McPhee, Greenleaf, Maryatt In Re !H=ninAcr's 4th Addition and Visel, Noes Trustees None, the action taken Apt.l?, 1916, in reference to accepting the plot of Heninger~e 4th Addition to the City is hereby rescinded. On motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Ms. att that the new map of Heninger's 4th Addition to the City be accepted, passed by the following vote to-wit: Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, MoPhee,Greenleaf,Maryatt and Visel Noes, Trustees None.
