Z5th to 28th <br />inclusive, for a series of free public lectures, was on <br />motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Tubbs and <br />carried, denied. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />The request of Dr. John Wehrly for permit to use the <br />Council Chamber Thursday evening Feb. ZZnd for the pur- <br />pose of forming a Red Cross Society wam granted on motion <br />of Trustee Tub~s, duly seconded by Maryatt and carried. <br /> <br />The bonds of 19 Jitneys with the Golden State Indemnity <br />Co. of San Francisco em surety for $10,0OO each, were <br /> <br />referred to the President of the Bosmd for approval or <br />disapproval on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded <br />by Maryatt and carried. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Tubbs and <br />carried, the Clerk was instruote~ to get reference and <br />standing of the Golden State Indemnity Co.of San Francisc <br /> <br />In Re On motion of Trustee McPhee,and passed by the following <br /> <br />Rescinding action of Apr.17,1916. vote, Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, McPhee, Greenleaf, Maryatt <br /> <br /> In Re <br />!H=ninAcr's 4th Addition <br /> <br />and Visel, Noes Trustees None, the action taken Apt.l?, <br />1916, in reference to accepting the plot of Heninger~e <br /> <br />4th Addition to the City is hereby rescinded. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Ms. att <br />that the new map of Heninger's 4th Addition to the City <br />be accepted, passed by the following vote to-wit: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, MoPhee,Greenleaf,Maryatt and Visel <br />Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br /> <br />
