Balderston was appointed the Municipal Market Master, compensation for same to be am provided for in the Ordinance creating a municipal market. On motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Maryatt and carried, $100.00 was ordered transferred from the General Fund to the Municipal Market Fund. Upon motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, the Market Master was authorized to secure the necessary printed matter and the purchasing of soalee The motion of Trustee Greenleaf that & committee be appointe~ in reference to need~ of additional street lights at the following places, Bristol between 5th and Hickey, Santa Clar~ between Broadway and Greanleaf,' Greenleaf St., between l?th and 8ants Clara, Main between llth and 12th, was regularly seconded by Trustee Maryatt and carried. President Vlsel ~ppointing Trustees Greenleaf and MoPhee as such committee. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, the committee on Bush St. paving was continued. Action on the protest of paving Halesworth St., between Broadway and Ross with concrete base and asphaltum wearing surface, was deferred to next meeting on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by MoPhee and o~rried. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, the petition of a majority of property owners on West ~th ~t., from the West line of Baker to Artesia St.,to pave said portion of Street under Specifications No.~0, was granted.
