In Re Specificstions St. for Bristol On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, the Clerk is instructed to draw wamrante on the City Treasurer to cover the demands audited at the regular Finance mee,,ng~No.1291 to 146g, inclusive. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Maryatt and oarrie¢ the City Attorney is instructed to communicate with P.E.Ry. officials in regard to laying heavier rails on its right of way at the intersection of 4th and Main Sts. A petition signed by property owners fronting on a line 361 ft. North of Bishop St., extending from Flower to ~helton Sts., petitioning the Board to open a street with aforesaid line a~ the center thereof, same being a continuance of Camile St., was on motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, referred to a committee, President Visel appointing Trustees Tubbs and McPhee as such committee. A petition from property owners to have Parton St. above lOth improved under Spefiolations No.~2, was on motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, referred back to petitioners for correction. On motion duly seconded and carried, the following committees were granted further time for reporting, Birch and Bush St. paving and sidewalk and curb West Highland St. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Maryatt and St.paving carried, that a committee be appointed to investigate and report the conditions on Halesworth St. paving protest. Trustees Tubbs and Maryatt were appointed as such committee. ~An Ordinance establishing the grade of Bristol St., from the South line of F~st St. on the North to the City limit~ on the South, was given final rea~in~and on motion of Trustee Green- leaf, duly seconded by Maryatt ~hat same be adopted, passed by the following vote to-wit:- Ayes, Trustees Tubbs,McPhee, Greenleaf,Maryatt and Vlsel. Noes, Trustees None. On motion of Trustee Tubhs, duly seconded by Maryatt and carrie the Specifications for paving Bristol St.,from the South line of 5th St. to the City limite on the South, were referred to the Board as a committee of the whole and report Monday March 12th, at 7:30 p.m. A motion by Trustee Tubbs to adjourn to March lZth 1917, at Approved: P~esident 7:30 p.m., was duly secon/~by~/att and carried. -- .lOityr ark;
