Trustees Greenleaf and <br />Maryatt were appointed as such committee. <br /> <br />The offer of Shelly Herren of $500 for two one-year oon~:~ct, <br />for the fertilizer from the City barn and street sweeping <br />was accepted, on motion of T~ustee Maryatt, duly seconded <br />by Tubbs and passed by the following vote to-wit:- <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, Maryatt and Visel, Noes,Trustees McPhee <br />and Greenleaf. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Maryatt, duly seconded by Tubbs and <br />carried, that a committee be appointed in reference to need <br />of sidewalk and curb on South side of Lime St.,between Parton <br />and Ross, and Olive between first and 4th St.,Trustees <br />Greenleaf and Tuhbe being appointed as such committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Maryatt and <br />carried, Wells and Brasslar were granted permission to close <br />?th St., between Main and Sycamore in order to pave said <br />portion of Street under Specifications Nc.S2 with a sealtest <br />added thereto. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Maryatt, duly seconded and carried, <br /> <br /> Water Supt. Reid was lnetructed to repair the drinking fountail <br /> at 4th and Main ets.. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Greenleaf and <br /> carried, the Pest House grounds,~r~ented for the year 1917, <br /> to Mm oOlure for $50.00. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Maryatt, <br />carried, the Market Master le <br /> <br />duly seconded by MoPhee and <br />inetructed to have built a <br /> <br />small building to be used as a scale house. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by Maryatt <br />carried, the license of Frank OOe~mpo fish peddler, <br />cancelled from July 3rd to Dec.
