On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Mc~hee Ayes, NOES, that ths last action taken in reference to ordering Hales- worth St. paved with concrete base and asphaltum wearing surface from Broadway to Ross be rescinded, passed by the following vote to-wit:- Trustees ~cPhee,Greenleaf, Naryatt,and Vlsel. Trustees None. Not voting, Trustee Tubbs. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by MoPhee, that Halesworth St., from Broadway to Ross be improved with crushed rook and oil ~mdar Specifications No.82, as emended, passed by the following vote,Ayes,Trustees McPhee, Greenleaf,Maryatt,and Visel. Noes,Trustees None,Not voting Trustee Tub~s. On motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, no action was taken in reference to the petition asking that Camile St. be openAd from Flower to Shelton the committee being discharged. The petition from property owners on Garnsey St., from 5th to Hickey, petitioning that above portion of Street be ordered paved with a 4 inch conrete base and 1½ inch Topeka top wearing surface, was on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by McPhee, referred to a committe, Trustees Tubbs and McPhee, were appointed as such committee. The petition from property owners on East 5th St., between French and Garfield Sts. petitioning that the above portion of street be ordered paved under Specifications 80,was on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, referred to a committee. Trustees Tubbs and Gree~ leaf were mppointed as such committee. The petition from property owners on Patton St. between the South line of Washington Ave. and North line of Hickey St. petitioning that above portion of street be ordered paved under Specifications ~2, was on motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by ~oPhee, referred to a committee, Trustees Greenleaf and Maryatt being appointed as such committee. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Maryatt and carried, the committee appointed in reference to open- ing the roadway along the City limits West of North Flower St., were granted further time.
