Not voting, Trustee Tubbs. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by MoPhee, <br />that Halesworth St., from Broadway to Ross be improved <br />with crushed rook and oil ~mdar Specifications No.82, as <br />emended, passed by the following vote,Ayes,Trustees McPhee, <br />Greenleaf,Maryatt,and Visel. Noes,Trustees None,Not voting <br />Trustee Tub~s. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by Tubbs and <br />carried, no action was taken in reference to the petition <br />asking that Camile St. be openAd from Flower to Shelton <br />the committee being discharged. <br /> <br />The petition from property owners on Garnsey St., from 5th <br />to Hickey, petitioning that above portion of Street be <br />ordered paved with a 4 inch conrete base and 1½ inch Topeka <br />top wearing surface, was on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly <br />seconded by McPhee, referred to a committe, Trustees Tubbs <br />and McPhee, were appointed as such committee. <br /> <br />The petition from property owners on East 5th St., between <br />French and Garfield Sts. petitioning that the above portion <br />of street be ordered paved under Specifications 80,was on <br />motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf and <br />carried, referred to a committee. Trustees Tubbs and Gree~ <br />leaf were mppointed as such committee. <br /> <br />The petition from property owners on Patton St. between the <br />South line of Washington Ave. and North line of Hickey St. <br />petitioning that above portion of street be ordered paved <br />under Specifications ~2, was on motion of Trustee Greenleaf <br />duly seconded by ~oPhee, referred to a committee, Trustees <br />Greenleaf and Maryatt being appointed as such committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Maryatt <br />and carried, the committee appointed in reference to open- <br />ing the roadway along the City limits West of North Flower <br />St., were granted further time. <br /> <br /> <br />
