Trustees None. <br /> <br />Not voting, Trustee NcPhee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Maryatt <br />and carried, Wells & Bresslar were granted permission to <br />close Birch St. from the South line of 10th to the North <br />line of 6th St., in order to prepare said portion of <br />street for paving under Specifications Nc.g2. <br /> <br />The petition from property owners on Parton between the <br />South line of Washington Ave., and North line of Hiokey <br />to improve said portion of street under Specifications <br />g2 as amended, was granted on motion of Trustee Naryatt <br />duly seconded by Greenleaf and passed ~y the following <br />vote: Ayes, Trustees Tubbs,NcPhee, Greenleaf,Maryatt, <br /> <br /> Noes Trustees None. <br /> <br />Visel, <br /> <br />The petition of property owners on Garnsey St. between <br />Hickey and 5th Sts.t~t above portion of street be im- <br />proved with a 4 inch concrete base and a 1½ inch Topeka <br />wearing surface, was denied on motion of Trustee Tubbs <br />duly seconded by ~cPhee and carried. <br /> <br /> <br />
