In Re ~arton gt. psving Carnsey ft. paving A petition from property owners on East 17th from "C" to Grand Ave asking that sewer be ordered in on above portion of Street, property owners to pay for pipe and City to construct same, was granted on motion of Trustee NoPhee, duly seconded by Naryatt and carried, on cond- ition that all property owners sign an agreement to pay for the necessary pipe. to provide for Specifications On motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, the City Engineer is minstruoted in the future higher crowns on streets improved under Nc.g2. The motion of Trustee MoPhee that a committee be appointed in reference to repairing West 3rd St., was duly seconded and carried, Trustees Tubbs and NoPhee being appointed as such committee. The petition of property owners on Birch between the South line of 10th to North line of 6th to improve said portion of street under specifications $2 as amended was granted on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Naryatt and carried by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, Greenleaf, Maryatt, and Visel. Noes. Trustees None. Not voting, Trustee NcPhee. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Maryatt and carried, Wells & Bresslar were granted permission to close Birch St. from the South line of 10th to the North line of 6th St., in order to prepare said portion of street for paving under Specifications Nc.g2. The petition from property owners on Parton between the South line of Washington Ave., and North line of Hiokey to improve said portion of street under Specifications g2 as amended, was granted on motion of Trustee Naryatt duly seconded by Greenleaf and passed ~y the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Tubbs,NcPhee, Greenleaf,Maryatt, Noes Trustees None. Visel, The petition of property owners on Garnsey St. between Hickey and 5th Sts.t~t above portion of street be im- proved with a 4 inch concrete base and a 1½ inch Topeka wearing surface, was denied on motion of Trustee Tubbs duly seconded by ~cPhee and carried.
