In Re <br /> <br />East ~th Et. paving <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />~.~crtimer Tt. paving <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />~aple anl ';alnut <br /> <br />paving <br /> <br />In ~e <br /> <br />Transient or itinerant <br /> <br />merchants Ordinance <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Cas Ordinance <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Ordinance regu]~tln~ <br /> <br />Vehicles passing sch¢ols <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by McPhee and carried, <br />action in reference to paving East 5th ~t. from French to Gar- <br />field under Specifications 40 was deferred until Fall. <br /> <br />The contract between S.S.Flnley and property owners on Mortimer <br />St., between the North line of 4th and the South line of 5th <br />St., to improve said portion of Street under Specifications 40 <br />was on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf and <br />carried, ordered filed for future reference. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by MoPhee and carried, <br />action in referen0e to paving Maple from First to Chestnut and <br />Walnut from Orange to Oak, wa~ deferred. <br /> <br />An Ordinance defining transient or itinerant merchants and <br />fixing license and providing penalty of same and repealing <br />Ordinances in conflict therewith, was read and on motion of <br />Trustee McPhee that same be referred to a committee to report <br /> <br /> was duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried. <br /> appointing Trustees McPhee and Greenleaf am such <br /> <br />at next meeting, <br />President Visel <br />committee. <br /> <br />An Ordinance amending Ordinance <br /> <br /> 426 of the City pertaining to <br />the regulation of plumbing and adding a new section thereto <br />to be known as Section 1~ pertaining to the ventilation of <br />gas heaters, was on motion of Trustee McPhee,duly seconded by <br />Maryatt and carried, referred to a committee, President Visel <br />appointing Trustees Greenleaf and McBhee aa such committee. <br /> <br />An Ordinance regulating the vehicle traffic adjacent to school <br />buildings was given first reading and on motion of Trustee <br /> <br /> referred to <br /> <br />Greenleaf, duly seconded by McPhee and carried, <br />the City Attorney. <br /> <br />A motion by Trustee Greenleaf to adjourn, <br /> <br />by Maryatt and carried. <br /> <br />President or, he Board Trustees. <br /> <br />was duly seconded <br /> <br /> <br />
