The contract between S.S.Flnley and property owners on Mortimer St., between the North line of 4th and the South line of 5th St., to improve said portion of Street under Specifications 40 was on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, ordered filed for future reference. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by MoPhee and carried, action in referen0e to paving Maple from First to Chestnut and Walnut from Orange to Oak, wa~ deferred. An Ordinance defining transient or itinerant merchants and fixing license and providing penalty of same and repealing Ordinances in conflict therewith, was read and on motion of Trustee McPhee that same be referred to a committee to report was duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried. appointing Trustees McPhee and Greenleaf am such at next meeting, President Visel committee. An Ordinance amending Ordinance 426 of the City pertaining to the regulation of plumbing and adding a new section thereto to be known as Section 1~ pertaining to the ventilation of gas heaters, was on motion of Trustee McPhee,duly seconded by Maryatt and carried, referred to a committee, President Visel appointing Trustees Greenleaf and McBhee aa such committee. An Ordinance regulating the vehicle traffic adjacent to school buildings was given first reading and on motion of Trustee referred to Greenleaf, duly seconded by McPhee and carried, the City Attorney. A motion by Trustee Greenleaf to adjourn, by Maryatt and carried. President or, he Board Trustees. was duly seconded
