Burke in reference to amending Ordinances 536 and 590 in regard to license on bowling alleys was read, and on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Maryatt, s~me was referred to a committee, Trustees Tubbs and McPhee being appointed as such committee. On motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Green]eaf and carried, tax sale No.lgS? in n~ne of C.W. Winters for taxes of 1914-15, amount of same $9.5?, was ordered cancelled on soldier's exemption account of The bond of Geo. Rosenmeyer for $500, constructing cement sidewalk and curb, private contractor for with V.Dubols and Mrs. E. Rosenmeysr am sureties, was on motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by Earyatt and carried referred to the President of the Board for approval. The bond of Geo. Balderston, Market Nester, Geo. E.Norton and John D.Parsons, as surety, Trustee Naryatt, to the President The map of the Baum Tract in the Western part of for $500 with was on motion of duly seconded by N~hs~,~3 and carrled, referre~ of the Board for approval. ~X on motion of and carried. approved and same made of record, McPhee, duly seconded by Maryatt the City, was Trustee A motion of Trustee Tubbs, that the petition of property owners on Walnut between Orange mnd Oak Sts. and Maple from First to Chestnut asking that saA~ portion of streets be paved under Specifications ~O, that same be referred back, was duly seconded by McPhee and carried. A petition from property owners on Patton St. Washington Ave. Specifications from Htckey to to have said portion of street improved under g2, was on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, referred back for more signatures, duly seconded by Tubbs and more time was granted to the committee ~n investigating On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, carried, P.E. pavement in Pasadena.
