Railroad officials to have their track <br />on Maple Ave. moved to the center of street, from Flre~ <br />to Chestnut. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Greenleaf <br />and carried, the Clerk was instructed to advertise fo~ <br />bids of 500 feet of fire hose according to specificat- <br />ions on file in Clerk's office. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf <br />and carried, the Clerk was instructed to notify the <br /> <br />Santa Fe and S.P. railroad agts., in reference to repair- <br />ing their crossings on East let St. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Maryatt, duly seconded and carried, <br />the post office department was granted permission to <br />have placed a "No parking" sign near the entrance on <br />3rd St. side of building. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs that a resolution be prepared <br />granting public speaking to the Salvation Army on the <br />East side of Sycamore South of 4th instead of West side <br />of street, was duly seconded by Maryatt and carried. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Greenleaf <br />and carried, the Clerk was instructed to advertise for <br />bids for sinking a 12 inch well for the Water Dept. bids <br />to be opened at first meeting in May. <br /> <br />A:. motion of Trustee Me~$att that the resignation of <br /> <br />J.^. Benjamin as Pound Master be accepted and the appoint <br />ment of Frank Adams to fill the vacancy, was duly seconde~ <br />by Creenleaf and c~rried. <br /> <br /> <br />
