OBrien was on motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly <br />ee~ed by Oreenleaf ~ud o~rried, instructed to olean the <br />ditch an Fifth St. from Artesl& to the ~ b~dge. <br /> <br />A motion by Trustee Oreenleaf to adjourn wa~ duly seconded <br />by MoPhee and carried. <br /> <br />The monthly reports of the Building Inspector,Fire Chief, <br />Market Master, Recorder and Marshal, were on motion of <br />Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by MoPhee and carried, <br />referred to the Finance Comittee. <br /> <br />On motion'of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by MePhee and <br />carried, the Clerk was instructed to draw warrants and the <br />President pro tea authorized to sign the ease to cover the <br />monthly de,ands as audited. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />Upon motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by ~reenleaf amd <br />carried, City Engineer Bonehrake,was instructed to make <br />Custer St. uniform in width from Washington Ave. to the North <br />end of ease. The E-at side converged to the West making <br />the street about two feet narrower mt North end. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Mophee, duly seconded by Greenleaf and <br />carried, City Attorney Scott was instructed to draw up the <br />necessary papers with Mr.J.S. ~ason in reference to resting <br />the old wooden J&ll building at tl.O0 per year. <br /> <br />President pro t~ of the Board of <br /> Truste~ <br /> <br /> <br />
