Willson, was read and on motion of <br /> <br /> Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, <br /> <br /> ordered accepted and ~aced on file. <br /> <br />A certified statement of amount due the City from <br />the Pacific Electric Railroad under Franchise Ordinan¢ <br />414, for year ending Jan. 2nd, 1917, accompanied by a <br />voucher for $173.14, covering payment of same, was on <br />motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Maryatt <br />and carried, accepted. <br /> <br />The petition of Robert Flock to have the alley betwee~ <br />Bush and Spurgeon Sts., running North from 10th St., <br />brought to proper grads, was on motion of Trustee <br />Greenleaf, duly seconded by Maryatt and carried, refe: r- <br />ed to City Engineer Bonebrake, <br /> <br />The monthly report of~t~Clty Recorder referred back at <br />meeting of Jan. 2nd for correction, was IIIIIl~II I~ <br />accepted, on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly second. <br />ed by Tubbs and camried, and ordered placed on file. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />The petition of N.H.Leonard, et al, asking the Board <br />to co-operate with the Board of Supervisors in refer- <br />ence to opening the roadway along the City limits, <br />running West from North Flower St., was on motion of <br />Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried <br />referred to the City Engineer and Street committee to <br />report at next meeting. <br /> <br />The petition from property owners on West lgth from <br />Main to Broadway to have said portion of street im- <br />proved under Specifications Nc.g2, was on motion of <br />Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by MoPhee and carrie <br />referred back to petitioners for more signatures. <br /> <br /> <br />
