In Re <br /> <br />Repairing Olive and 6th Sts. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Demands <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Resolution 589 <br /> <br />In Rs <br /> <br />~onthly reports, city officers <br /> <br />Naryatt as such committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Mc?bee,duly seconded by Greenleaf, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br /> Board ratified Street Supt.OBrien's method of repairing Olive <br /> St. from 4th to Hickey and 6th from Olive to Baker by having <br /> the P.E.Ry.Co. dispose of the surplus rook and oil and gravel <br /> by <br />from their right of way on West 4th St ~dumpg~gon the above <br /> <br />portion of Streets. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tuhbe, <br /> <br />duly seconded by MoPhee the Clerk <br /> <br />was instructed to draw warrants on the Treasurer to cover the <br />demands as audited at the Finance meeting Nos.51g to 699 <br />inclusive. <br /> <br />A Resolution of Intention of the Board declaring its inten- <br />tion to improve that certain portion of North Parton St.lying <br />between Hiokey St. on the North and a line parallel with <br />said Hickey St. and 101.5 feet South thereof, excepting there <br />from any of said work already done to official grade with <br />concrete, curb, gutters and crushed rock and oil macadam and <br />also providing for the construction of asphalt.concrete pave- <br />ment on that portionof West 4th between Bristol St. on the <br />EaSt and Arteeia St. on the West,excepting therefrom any of <br />said work already done to official grade,was given final read. <br />ing and was adopted on motion of Trustee Greenleaf,duly secon- <br />ded by Tubbs and passed by the following vote to-wit:- <br /> Trustees,Tubbs,MoPhee, Greenleaf,Maryatt and Visel, <br /> <br />Ayes, <br /> <br />Noes <br /> <br />Preeident~f the Board of Trustees, <br /> <br />Trustees None. <br /> <br />The monthly reports of the City Recorder,Marshal,Building In- <br />spector and Fire Chief were on motion of Trustee Tubbs,duly <br />seconded by.McPhee,referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />A motion by Trustee MoPhee to adjourn to Nov.12th at 7:30 <br />p.m. City Hall, Council Chamber,was duly seconded and carried <br /> <br /> <br />
