On motion of Trustee Mc?bee,duly seconded by Greenleaf, the Board ratified Street Supt.OBrien's method of repairing Olive St. from 4th to Hickey and 6th from Olive to Baker by having the P.E.Ry.Co. dispose of the surplus rook and oil and gravel by from their right of way on West 4th St ~dumpg~gon the above portion of Streets. On motion of Trustee Tuhbe, duly seconded by MoPhee the Clerk was instructed to draw warrants on the Treasurer to cover the demands as audited at the Finance meeting Nos.51g to 699 inclusive. A Resolution of Intention of the Board declaring its inten- tion to improve that certain portion of North Parton St.lying between Hiokey St. on the North and a line parallel with said Hickey St. and 101.5 feet South thereof, excepting there from any of said work already done to official grade with concrete, curb, gutters and crushed rock and oil macadam and also providing for the construction of asphalt.concrete pave- ment on that portionof West 4th between Bristol St. on the EaSt and Arteeia St. on the West,excepting therefrom any of said work already done to official grade,was given final read. ing and was adopted on motion of Trustee Greenleaf,duly secon- ded by Tubbs and passed by the following vote to-wit:- Trustees,Tubbs,MoPhee, Greenleaf,Maryatt and Visel, Ayes, Noes Preeident~f the Board of Trustees, Trustees None. The monthly reports of the City Recorder,Marshal,Building In- spector and Fire Chief were on motion of Trustee Tubbs,duly seconded by.McPhee,referred to the Finance Committee.
