On motion of Trustee Maryatt, duly seconded by Greenleaf, Wells & Bremolar, Street Contraotorm, were granted permlmmio to oleos that portion of North Parton Sa.unpaved near Hiokey for the purpose of paving same. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Maryatt, the action of Trustee Tubbe, in sending City Marmhal Jerni- gan to ·trend the Police Convention at Oakland, was approved. Street Supt. OBrien was before the Board in referenoe to some action being taken in securing a grader for the Street Dept. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf that the matter be referred to a committee, was duly meconded and carried, Trueteee Tubbe and MoPhee being appointed as such committee. The plane of Architect Opp for~building for%umping plant on East 14th St. were adopted, mud Mr. 0pp employed to eupervime the construction of the~g and to receive as compensation for mush work and pla~m the sum of 6% of the ooet price of the building, was on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Mary&at carried.
