Present, Trustees Tubbs, MoPhee, Greenleaf, Maryatt, Minutes of Jan.15th, rea~ and approved. Visel and the Clerk. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded hy Mo~hee and carried, the action taken by the Board on Jan.2nd, 1917, in reference to cancelling the insurance policy with the State Compensation Insurance Fund in regard to City employees le hereby rescinded. The a~plioation of Catariao Eetrada for a license to conduct a lunch counter at 309 N.Broadway, was granted on motion of Trustee Mo~hee, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, The petition of the 5outhern Cal. A~to Club to place a sign 2~ X 34 inches on a small metal post in front of their office 303 N.Maln St., was granted on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried. Monthly reports from the City Recorder, Marshal, Building Inspector and Fire Chief, were on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tuhbs and carried, referred to the Finance Committee. Jitney Bonds with the Golden State Indemnity Co. as e~xetiee for A.J.Xuss, R.W.
