In Re <br /> <br />Committee on opening <br /> <br />~alnut and ?arton ~ts. <br /> <br />in Re <br /> <br />State Comyensstion Insurance <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Test 4th ~t. sewer connections <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Committee on opening Cubbon St. <br /> <br />in Re <br /> <br />COmmittee report,Broadwa~ opening <br /> <br />in Re <br />Cum Trees at sewer farm <br /> <br />In He <br /> <br />Bristol St. paving specifications <br /> <br />in Re <br />Profile and Cross-section <br />Paving Bristol St. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Maryatt <br />Trustees Tubbs and Greenleaf, were ~dded to the oommitte, <br />appointed at last meeting in reference to investigating <br />conditions for widening Walnut Street its ~full width <br />from Patton to Flower and opening Patton Street from <br />First to Camile. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf, <br />the Board is to meet as a committee of the whole, Satur- <br />day Feb. 2nd, at 2 p.m. for the purpose of taking up <br />the matter of insurance for the city employees with the <br />State Compensation Insurance Fund. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McPhee.duly seconded by Greenleaf <br />and carried, it was decided that the City would pay the <br />cost of making sewer connections on that portion of West <br />4th St. necessary for the completion of the paving there- <br />on. <br /> <br />On motion duly seconded and carried, the committee <br />appointed at laat meeting for investigating conditions <br />for opening Cubbon St. from Main to Orange were granted <br />further time in making a report. <br /> <br />The verbal report of Trustee Maryatt who was appointed <br /> <br />a committee of one for investigating condition for open- <br />ing Broadway through from Santa Clara to Chapman Ave. <br /> <br />was on motion of Trustee Tubbs, <br />leaf, and carried, accepted. <br /> <br />The motion of Trustee Greenleaf, <br /> <br />duly seconded by Green- <br /> <br />duly seconded by Maryat~ <br /> <br />and carried that the President appoint a committee with <br />Water Supt. Reid as one of the committee in reference to <br />having the gum trees on the sewer rs_tm cut down, Trustees <br />Greenleaf and Maryatt and Water Supt. Reid were appoints <br />as such committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Tubbs and <br />carried by the following vote, Ayes,Trustees Tubbs,McPhee, <br />Gresnleaf.Maryatt, and Visel, Noes, Trustees None, it was <br />resolved that Specifications No.S5 should govern the clas <br />of pPvement to be constructed on Bristol St. <br /> <br />Upon motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by McPhee, <br />Resolution N0.%95 adopting plans, profiles and cross-sec- <br />tions for paving Bristol Street from 5th St.on the North <br />to the City Limits on the South, was adopted by the follc <br />ing vote, Ayes, Trustees Tubbs,McPhee,Greenleaf,Maryatt <br />and Visel, Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br /> <br />
