In Ke Bond of Standard Plumbing In He Heport Play,rounds Committee CO , The bond of the Standard Plumbing Co. for $500.00, for a license within this City with the ~ass. Bonding& I Co. as surety, was on motion of Trustee Greenleaf,duly eecoded by McPhee, referred to a committee. Trustees NcPhee and Creenleaf being a~pointed aa such committee. A report fron, Mrs.J.W.Sackman,Secy. of the Playground Committee, wee read and on motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Grsenleaf,reccived and ordered filed. in He A suFpl¢.nent=l petition from Mi]lard Foster and Scott Suurlcmen~al Petition,Foster gPrathcr Prather petitioning the Board to fix the term for which in Re Permit to hang signs in Re Gas Hearing In Re Special Ewpert,Cas plant valuation in Re Cu~bon St. opening their permit will run ~nb~hcr stage line between this City and Tustin, was read, On motion of Trustee Greenle~ duly seconded by McPhee and carried, the term was set as one year. The aFplication of J.C.Roberteon Electric Co. to hang electric signs at 10~ E.Srd St. and 303 N.Main St.,was on mo~ion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf, permission granted subject to the Ordinance and the approval of the City Electrician. On motion of Trustee NcOhee duly seconded by Naryatt and carried, Trustees Tubbs and Greenl¢~f and ~.L.Grubb City Attorney Scott and Water Supt.Reid were appointed a committee to represent the City in the m~t~e~.Df the Southern Counties Gas Co. rate hearlng^~o be held in Los Angeles Feb.13th,1918. On motion of Trustee NoPhee, duly seconded by ~sryatt, the foregoing committee is empowered to secure the services of ~ ex~ert in getting the valuation on the gas plant in this City should it be deemed necessary by the committee. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly eecunded by Maryatt, ~he Clerk was instructed to write Nr.~.J.Julian,who represented some of the property owners on Cypress Ave. in reference to opening Cubbon St. from Main to Orange, that if said portion of street was ordered opened, same to be sidewalked and curbed on both sides. f
